MR. RAJASHEKHAR V. K.
Rajasekhar V. K is a practising advocate and former Judicial Member of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). During his judicial tenure, he served on the Benches at Kolkata, Mumbai, Allahabad and Cuttack, where he authored several significant rulings that contributed to the development of company law and corporate insolvency jurisprudence under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His decisions are often cited for their clarity of reasoning and their role in shaping the contours of insolvency and regulatory adjudication in India. Before his appointment to the Bench, he had a wide-ranging career in corporate litigation and advisory practice, with a particular focus on company law, financial restructuring and insolvency. This foundation enabled him to bring both knowledge and practical experience to his judicial work. After completing his term at the NCLT, he returned to practice, where he now advises on complex issues in corporate law, insolvency, bankruptcy and regulatory governance. He studied at Government Victoria College, Palakkad, obtained his law degree from the University of Delhi, and his post-graduate degree in business laws from Dr Ambedkar Government Law University, Chennai. This academic grounding, combined with extensive professional experience, informs his continuing work at the intersection of commercial law, judicial process and regulatory governance. In addition to practice, he engages actively in writing, research and policy discussions on public law, institutional reform and adjudicatory process. He is a regular speaker and participant in conferences and seminars, contributing to debates on strengthening institutions and refining the rule of law in corporate and regulatory frameworks.

GSKS AND PARTNERS LLP and Principal Consultant at Corptrium Nexus Consulting Private Limited, leading a multi-location professional practice across Coimbatore and Chennai with a pan-India clientele. Her practice encompasses a diverse range of entities, including private and public companies, listed companies, NBFCs, Nidhi companies, OPCs, Producer Companies, LLPs, and foreign subsidiaries. With her strong expertise in corporate governance, compliance, securities regulations, board processes, FDI structuring, and corporate advisory, Saranya brings a valuable perspective to Board deliberations and is well positioned to contribute to sound governance, regulatory integrity, risk oversight, and sustainable corporate growth.
