Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in the banking sector, leading large-scale technology and digital transformation initiatives, payment systems, digital channels, vendor management, and technology-enabled operational improvements. His extensive cross-functional experience enables him to bridge business strategy, technology, risk, and governance to support sustainable organizational performance. A Certified Independent Director, Ganesh is deeply committed to strengthening corporate governance and developing capable, effective Board leadership. As a Founding Member of the Society of Independent Directors (SID), he serves as Chairman of the Capacity Building, Policy, Research & Advocacy Committee, where he leads initiatives focused on director development, governance research, policy advocacy, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing. Throughout his career, Madhava has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, strengthening compliance frameworks, and driving effective governance practices. His experience includes regulatory interfacing, risk mitigation, internal audits, policy formulation, and oversight of organizational processes, enabling him to provide a balanced and objective perspective on Board-level matters. He brings a distinctive ability to translate complex technology and emerging digital risks into practical Board-level insights and strategic decisions. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and specialist in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), Subhojit advises organizations on cyber-resilience, technology governance, data protection, digital risk, and regulatory compliance. His expertise extends to helping Boards and Risk Committees understand and oversee technology-driven risks while leveraging AI and automation for improved business performance and governance. His contributions to enterprise automation architecture were recognized with the Automation Hero Award at the 6th CXO100 Vision Awards & Symposium, reflecting his leadership in designing and implementing automation solutions at scale. Subhojit is a member of the Capacity Building, Policy, Research & Advocacy Committee of the Society of Independent Directors (SID), contributing to initiatives that promote effective Board governance and director capability.
